If you're just cutting down on the dairy and not eliminating it completely, I'd suggest drinking soy milk, I love almond breeze, which is made from almonds, buy toffuti (a dairy free brand) brand cream cheese, and sour cream, and still eat regular cheese, just in small amounts. I love cheese and could never give it up completely. Good luck.

Thinking about cutting down on dairy consumption...has anyone tried this? I like soy milk, but no cheese?
