Sounds like good eating! Never had Baked Ziti. Time to give it a try. Any side salad or anything supposed to go with it?

Green beans go well with many Italian tomato sauce/pasta/cheese combinations. Try cooking them in a little chicken broth and topping them with rosemary and browned butter. Salads AFTER the first course are great. Something light like a simple romaine/basil/tomato and Parmesan cheese salad with a balsamic vinaigrette is nice after something baked,.
