Sounds like good eating! Never had Baked Ziti. Time to give it a try. Any side salad or anything supposed to go with it?

Baked ziti functions much like lasangne, just takes less time to make. Thus, any sides you would add to lasangne, add to the baked ziti as well.

Green beans go well with many Italian tomato sauce/pasta/cheese combinations. Try cooking them in a little chicken broth and topping them with rosemary and browned butter. Salads AFTER the first course are great.
Something light like a simple romaine/basil/tomato and Parmesan cheese salad with a balsamic vinaigrette is nice after something baked,.

I like to eat fish with baked ziti. You can make flounder or tilapia with bread crumbs and bake it in the oven.
