Mahalo's page on How to Make Lemonade gives this recipe for mint lemonade: "To make mint lemonade, make the lemonade recipe as instructed above, and add 1/2 cup of mint leaves after you're finished. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the mint flavor to infuse the lemonade., then strain and remove the minute leaves. Serve over ice, garnished with a sprig of fresh mint." 2/3 cup of mint leaves, fresh and chopped
6 cups water
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
Preparation:
Heat the mint leaves in 2 cups of water until boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer and leave for 5 minutes. Let cool, then strain out mint leaves. Combine mint liquid with lemonade concentrate and the rest of the water (4 cups). Refrigerate and serve over ice.
