Hello! You can keep them in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months about 40 to 50 degrees F. If they are too warn, they may go moldy or sprout. Or you can keep them in the refrigerator. Put them in a plastic container, with a tightly sealed lid. If you don't want it to smell like onions and ruin your Tupperware (for example) use a large 1 quart yogurt container with lid.
When they are sliced open for use, I keep them in the refridgerator for a couple weeks in a plastic container.

Onions in fridge?
can we keep onion on fridge or outside? some say that if we keep it inside the fridge it can stay long? any difference of opinion?
