So, if you're planning on eating at 2, you'll need to start at 11.
Make sure it reaches 165 degrees again when you have reheated it, and serve promptly.

Per the USDA, 45 minutes will not be long enough to safely reheat at 19 pound ham. Government food safety guidelines indicate that refrigerated hams need 10 minutes at pound-- so a 19 pound ham would take 190 minutes.

You should refrigerate it promptly, and then treat it the same way you would treat a precooked ham. It will take 10 minutes a pound at 325 degrees if it is fully chilled when you begin to reheat it, shorter if it has not chilled all the way through. So, if you're planning on eating at 2, you'll need to start at 11.
Make sure it reaches 165 degrees again when you have reheated it, and serve promptly.
