Ingredients
--------------
* 2 T Ghee
* 1 t Minced ginger
* 1 t Minced garlic
* 1⁄2 c Diced Onion
* 1⁄2 t Garam masala
* 1⁄8 t Turmeric
* 1⁄2 t Chili powder
* 1 c Diced tomatoes
* 1 c water
* 1⁄2 t White vinegar
* 1 t soy sauce
* 1⁄4 t Salt
* 1⁄4 t Pepper
* Green onions; chopped
* 2 Sprigs cilantro, chopped
Cooking Momo Sauce
-----------------------------
1. Heat ghee in a pot. Add ginger, garlic & onion & stir-fry 1 minute.
2. Add garam masala, turmeric & chili powder.
3. Stir-fryi for 30 seconds.
4. Add tomatoes & stir-fry for 3 minutes.
5. Add water.
6. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes.
7. Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt & pepper.
8. Mixi well.
9. Garnishi with green onions & cilantro.
10. Serve hot.

1/2 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar

1 x scallions, spring or green onions
2 sprigs cilantro chopped
Directions

The above recipe looks like one invented by a Chinese person, but not me! According to the first source, momo sauce does not contain soysauce, ghee, garam masala, tomatoes, or garlic! Photo is what they look like, but even this I don't believe is authentic. Anyway, it looks tasty!
