Both of these products are made by Hershey's.

Specifically, Jolly Ranchers are produced in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Hershey's is one of the companies that does not export to NZ. Snapple is another surprising brand that Kiwi's can't easily find.

If you know anyone traveling to or from Canada, asking them to pick you up a case would be the easiest and cheapest way to receive these products. They're both radially available here. Shipping to NZ from North America is rather expensive so adding a case (or two) to carry-on luggage really is the least expensive way.

Alternatively, Mississauga, Ontario and the factory where Jolly Ranchers are made is on my way to the airport. I'd be more than happy to hand deliver cases of both Jolly Ranchers and Marshmellow Fluff to you for nothing more than the price of airfare :)

Beyond direct importing, Glow Enterprises reports that they import American products, including Hershey's regularly. I would contact them.

Since it seems to be hard to get/find marshmallow fluff in NZ, here's a recipe for homemade marshmallow fluff. Looks pretty easy.
