Just back from farmer's market w/ purple cauliflower, kale, lebanese zucchini + squash blossoms. Anyone have a good squash blossom recipe?

You can fry them! Heat up some veggie oil on the stove and take the green spikes and stem off of the flowers, flatten them out so that they resemble flowers, then dredge them in a beaten egg, then breadcrumbs, then fry them! So nummy!
