I believe they are healthier than they are unhealthy, yet it's not the healthiest thing for you or the unhealthiest thing for you to drink either. Many of its juices are good for you because they have a lot of antioxidant vitamins in them, but the downfall is that many of its juices are filled with a lot of extra calories. So, if you are cutting back on calories, then you might want to not get the extra large size. As for sweets, it's one of the more healthier drinks you can get, and healthier than a blizzard at Dairy Queen or something like that, but at the same time it's also filled with a ton of sugar.

I would recommend going with the smaller sized ones, a small 16 oz Jamba Juice instead of the 32 oz if you could, and wait a minute to see if it fills you up. You will be surprised, your body does not always require the largest size, even though we sometimes prefer the larger one.

My favorite flavor would probably be a Banana Berry or a Mango Mantra. Any of the citrus drinks I like.

As much as I like Banana Berry, there are 59 grams of sugar in a 16-ounce size! There are also 67 grams of carbs and 280 calories in the small. So, this drink will provide you with a lot of energy.

If you were to ask me if I'd rather chew on a bunch of fruits or drink a refreshing Jamba Juice, I would certainly say that I think it's a lot easier to drink Jamba Juice than eating a bunch of fruits.

Like everwhere it depends what you order and how you define healthy. Are you cutting calories, carbs, or fat. According to Eat This Not That, the Berry Fulfilling smoothie is 260 calories, 1 gram of fat, and 57 carbs. Conversely the Aloha Pineapple (30 oz) is 650 calories.

So.... of course, the Aloha Pineapple is my favorite!! HA HA!

Depends on your definition of healthy. Most of their drinks are made using real fruit, so you're getting lots of vitamins and fiber, but there's so much fruit in there, they're really caloric and high in sugar, two things that aren't considered very healthy.

I would recommend not consuming them more than a couple times a week.

My favorite flavor was one they only did for a limited time. I forget the name but it was a combination of strawberry and limeade. It was delicious. Tasted like a margarita without the alcohol.
