Here are some tips for making blueberry cobbler:

"1. Sprinkle a cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of the biscuits before baking.
2. Frozen blueberries can be substituted, but you'll need to add more cornstarch as they tend to be mushier.
3. Small wild Maine blueberries work better than the larger New Jersey blueberries in this recipe.
4. Substitute buttermilk for the milk in the biscuit dough. "

fresh blueberries taste way better than frozen or canned. I've never made blueberry cobbler, but muffins etc. happy baking!
