Greek yogurt is strained, it has a thicker consistency and contains more protein on average. Some think that unsweetened Greek yogurt less sour than unsweetened regular yogurt, so you could use less fruit or sugar to sweeten it. Also the price it is more expensive. I would think they could be interchangeable in a recipe. Good luck.

I'm making Yogurt & Apricot Pie and it calls for Greek yogurt, does anyone know if there is a significant difference between Greek and reg?
