Hi I have the perfect pizza for you, I am a vegan therefore I look for pizzas tailored to specialty diets, one of my favorites is the Amy's brand frozen pizzas, you can find them at most stores, they have one that is vegan, the crust is made from rice flour rather than wheat therefore it has less carbs also the cheese is made from soy so you have no worries about fat and cholesterol, I know you are on a low carb diet but it's nice to find something that is low carb and healthy also, I was on a low carb diet and my cholesterol shot up because they don't care if you eat a pound of bacon as long as there are no carbs, so make sure your protein is from a healthy source such as soy, or beans, or nuts rather than from fatty meats. I find the whole Amy's brand very good, they have some healthy frozen burritos also, you can find them at most stores like whole foods, and many big chain grocery stores have started to carry them, best of luck on your diet, hang in there you will be looking and feeling great in no time.

It appears that most (Thin and crispy) pizza has about 21 to 23 grams.
If a whole slice has 23 grams.
Think OREO! Eat about 1/2 of the crust, then lick the goodies off the rest.
This would get you down to 12 grams per slice.
Of course you could just eat half as many slices but that would be WAY less fun.

However, I've made my own low-carb pizza's using an egg -based crust. I know that sounds weird, but it is actually delicious! If you're interested, here is a good recipe for it:

Best of all, each serving only has about 1.5 grams of effective carbs!
If you're turned off by the egg-based crust, there are also lots of recipes that incorporate low-carb crust mixes. Here is a good one:

I do not believe any of the major pizza deliveries have ever done a low carb pizza, but maybe this might be a pizza shop that needs to be opened. If you lower the carbs, just remember you increase something else.

I'm looking for pizza with a low carb count. 15g or less per slice would be great. Any Suggestions?
I'm on a low carb diet and my dietitian has given me set amounts of carbs that I'm allowed to have at each meal. Pizza is hard to fit in there. I know that there is cholesteral and fat, but that isn't my problem, carbs are. The one pizza that I've found so far that I can enjoy is Papa Murphy's deLITE pizzas at 13g of carbs per slice. At that rate I can eat up to 5 pieces for dinner if I would want to. It is a light pizza and not as filling as regular, but otherwise it tastes wonderful. Any other suggestions out there? I live in the Pacific Northwest.

It will be hard to find a low carb pizza if you're not a cook, but there are ways you can make one. I found this recipe here: http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/od/pizza/a/lowcarbpizza.htm

unless you make the crust really thin... that's what Papa Murphy's did. It's almost tortilla thin, but it's so tasty. Thanks for the suggestion

I take low carb bread (1-2.5 g. net count per slice) then put about 1 tbs. pasta sauce and mozzerella (lots). I then add perpperoni, ham and the like. If I find nitrite free meats, all the better. The only way to do a big one, would be to then make your own crust (to my knowledge). Try this crust: http://www.low-carb.com/dicacopicrmi.html

I've experimented with a low-carb tortilla crust substitute pizza before. It was actually pretty good.
