This is a great recipe:
Cajun Shrimp With Cajun Butter
Ingredients
* 3/4 cup vegie oil
* 2 TBSP cajun seasoning
* 6 garlic cloves garlic minced
* 2 TBSP ground cumin
* 1 tsp minced fresh rosemary
* 1 tsp minced fresh thyme
* 2 lbs. uncooked lg peeled deveined shrimp
* Cajun Butter:
* 1 cup butter cubed
* 1 tsp minced fresh basil
* 1 tsp minced fresh tarragon
* 1 tsp cajun seasoning
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 3 drops of hot pepper sauce
Directions
1. In bowl combine the first 7 ingredients. Place shrimp in a large resealable bag add half the marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat, refrigerate for 1 hour reserve marinade.
2. In small saucepan, combine the cajun butter ingredients heat until melted. Keep warm. Drain and throw out marinade. Thread on soaked wooden skewers. Grill, uncovered, over med heat for 3 min. on each side basting once with reserved marinade.
