I did find quite a few different listings for dark chocolate covered cashews online but almost none contained nutritional information which in your case doesn't seem to be an option. I would recommend the following link as they had nutritional information but it was by the ounce rather than piece so you should compare this to the weight of four pieces on your current package.

I received some wonderful "Brimfield's 70% Cacoa Dark Chocolate cashews" for Christmas. Where can I find them?
They were bought at T.J.Maxx so I'm afraid they might be close-outs. I'm on a special diet so I can only have 70% or higher chocolate. Plus I need low sugar and these only have 7g of sugar for 4 pieces. If not Brimfields, do you know something comparable? Sugar free is good, but most sugar free candy uses Malitol a sugar alcohol which breaks down almost as fast as sugar and they use 15g or 20g of it. If you can tell me where I can order these or something comparable from the internet or a store, I would be forever grateful!

Although I couldn't seem to find a website for Brimfield's, I found a blog posting where someone raves about one of their other chocolate varieties. You may be able to contact the blogger for info on where they get theirs!

Brimfield's appears particularly difficult to find. The only website I found offering Brimfield's only has their dark chocolate and also milk chocolate covered pretzels: http://specsonline.com/cgi-bin/snf?Category=Beer%7C325%7CFLAVORED+BEER&Sort2by=Name&Sortby=Name&Submit=Search+All+Items&body=%2Fcgi-bin%2Fsearch&keyword=choc
