Ingredients:
• 200 grams granulated sugar
• 100 cc water
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• 1 kg cassava, peeled
• food dye, according to preference
• ½ half-mature coconut, skinned, grated and steamed for 10 minutes
Preparations:
• Boil sugar, water and vanilla until thick. Set aside until cool.
• Steam cassava until soft. Pound while hot, adding sugar liquid and dye until fine and well-mixed
• Grind and cut the dough according to taste. Serve with grated account.
This recipe is in Indonesian so I'm not sure what it's like, however, it might mean its more authentic :)

This recipe looks very simple and the accompanying picture looks delicious Its by Yasa Boga and comes from the site Indolists.com
Ingredients:
