I have a good one for you I just used this week. It is easy and quick. Hope you enjoy!
Crispy Oven Fried Chicken
3 pounds of chicken ( I used chicken thighs)
2/3 cups Bisquick Mix
1 Tablespoon butter or vegetable oil
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 425 degree. Melt butter and put in 9" X 13" baking pan. Mix Bisquick Mix, salt, pepper & garlic power. Coat chicken in mix and place skin side down in pan. Bake for 35 minutes and turn and bake 15 minutes.

1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 to 3 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
Heat oven to 425°. Put butter in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan; place the pan in the oven to melt butter.
Meanwhile, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken pieces with the dry mixture; place skin sides down in hot melted butter in baking pan.
Bake chicken, uncovered, for 35 minutes; turn chicken pieces. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes longer, or until juices run clear from thickest pieces. Oven fried chicken serves 4 to 6.
