One Big Mac a week wouldn't be a great thing for your health, but if the rest of your diet was reasonable, I don't think it would really be much of a problem. It's all about moderation.

The effects on you can range from extremely hazardous like in Super Size Me. Or nothing. Seriously, it depends on your activity levels and if you eat a balanced diet.

So yeah, just eat your veggies, drink some water, and don't scarf down a fast food for every meal. It's like desert, you'd probably end up with the same effect if you ate cake at the same rate.
