If is was boiled, then drained of all water and kept in a cold fridge with a temperature of no higher than 4 degrees Celsius and is not mixed with butter or any type of oil then it will last 7 days, anything past that it is a crap shoot. When you cook anything with butter or other bacteria growing agents then it is best to not store past 3 days. And NEVER leave any food cooked with butter at room temperature for any length of time. Any temperature above 4 degrees Celsius and less than 60 degrees Celsius is a prime bacteria growing environment. You want to get food either above 60 degrees or below 4 degrees as soon as possible as bacteria can not grow above 60 degrees or below 4 degrees.

Caveat: anything with pasta should be eaten within 3 days - after that it has unsafe levels of bacteria.

If it is in a tight air-sealed container then there is still hope.
If you kept it in an open bowl and left it wet, throw it away.
A good test for me is:
1) Smell It
2) Touch It
3) Taste It.
If anything feels wrong I throw it away.
Jarred foods will keep a long time. Remember that Kimchee is made from boiled cabbage and can be kept in the back yards for over 30 days. Although not everyone would agree that it is good.

How long does boiled cabage stay good? It's been in the fridge for about 7-8 days. Thanks for your help!

In general, food that has been cooked and refrigerated should be consumed within 3 to 4 days. After 7 days most food has cultivated too much bacteria for safe consumption levels. Caveat: anything with pasta should be eaten within 3 days - after that it has unsafe levels of bacteria.
