How do you make homemade mozzarella cheese sticks?

Here's a general recipe I compiled from a few different recipes. For an exact recipe check out the links at the end.
What You'll Need
Mozzarella
Flour (optional)
Eggs
Bread crumbs (you can season with herbs and Parmesan cheese)
salt and pepper
Oil

What You'll Need
Mozzarella
Flour (optional)
Eggs
Bread crumbs (you can season with herbs and Parmesan cheese)
salt and pepper
Oil
What To Do
- Slice mozzarella into sticks.
- Season flour with salt and pepper.
- Coat mozzarella with flour mixture.
- Dip one mozzarella stick into beaten egg mixture.
- Dip into bread crumbs.
- Lay on cookie sheet.
- Repeat with rest of mozzarella.
- Freeze mozzarella sticks until almost solid, for about two hours (this makes sure they don't turn into a gooey mess).
- Heat oil in a large pan or fryer.
- Add mozzarella sticks to oil, one by one. Fry in batches, you don't want to over crowd.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
