Howdy we love brussel sprouts at our house. I actually do my in the microwave. I dump the whole bag in microwave safe dish with cover and add 2 Tablespoons of water. I also sprinkle some salt and garlic powder on them and pop in microwave. I cook five minutes and stir and cook from 3-5 minutes more until very tender. I drain, add butter and more salt if needed. You must eat one to check for the salt! Ha,ha. They will be very yummy. My grandchildren love them this way.
