Seared Sea Scallops: 4 large cloves, minced, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1/2 Tsp red pepper, 1 Tbsp lemon juice,
handful cilantro, 15 large scallops, 1/4 cup olive oil, pinch salt, pinch pepper.

1 Combine all marinade ingredients.
2 Add scallops.
3 Leave in fridge for 2 hours.
4 Grill on direct high for 4-6 minutes.
