Many may have not heard of Zach and Dani's Coffee Roaster - because the name has now changed to Nesco Professional Gourmet Home Coffee Roaster.
If you need gears in the bottom, I think that it would be heard to find spare parts. I would recommend that you buy a new coffee roaster - or if you have purchased it in the last 6 months you get a refund. (Six Months guarantee).

Thanks for your answer. I just bought a new one. I had my other one for over two years. I don't think that I will find anyone repairing them but I figured that it couldn't hurt to ask.
