Yes. I have made it is once.
Ingredients
* extra virgin olive oil
* 2 garlic cloves
* 1 chopped onion
* 8-12 slices Italian bacon
* 4 eggs
* 2 packets spaghetti
* 2 cups fresh grated parmesan cheese
* crushed red pepper flakes
* salt & pepper
Method :
1.Put olive oil in sauté pan.
2.Add 2 cloves chopped garlic, onion and bacon cut into small squares.
3.Simmer
4.During simmering add crushed red pepper flakes.
5.In bowl, beat 4 eggs with lots of salt and fresh ground pepper.
6.Cook spaghetti until done.
7.Drain and immediately add egg mixture to pasta.
8.Stir until eggs are cooked.
9.Mix into sauté pan and finish with the grated cheese.
