This is a recipe for Shrimp and Cheese Bisque using asiago cheese
The main recipe is from http://www.grouprecipes.com
Additions and changes by me
Ingredients
* 2 Tablespoons Butter
* 1 Tablespoon Onion, minced
* 1 (10.5 - oz) can of Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
* 2 1/2 Cups Milk
* 1 (16 oz) can of finely chopped Tomatoes -spiced ones are good to use
* Salt & Pepper
* 8 oz Fresh or Frozen Cooked Shrimp
* 1/4 Cup grated asiago cheese
* 1/4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
* 1/4 Cup White Wine (optional)
Directions
In a Pot, heat Butter and saute' onions.
Add soup, milk, tomatoes and all additional seasonings to taste.
Heat, do not boil.
Add Shrimp and cook 10 minutes on low.
Just before serving add grated asiago cheese
Serve Hot... with crusty bread and a bowl of grated cheese to add to the soup as you eat

Has anyone ever had or heard of Asiago Cheese Bisque soup? I had it once and would love to find the recipe
