Finding it odd to have lost a taste for balsamic vinaigrette. Much prefer dressing made with red or white wine vinegar. What do you prefer?

Hi, I like balsamic vinegar on my salad better than the vinaigrette, but my favorite is Ranch. I prefer to make it from the package instead of the bottle.
