use a standard receipe for waffles
lots of grease or a non stick waffle iron, preheated, check timing. do a test waffle

Mahalo has a great Belgian waffle recipe here: http://www.mahalo.com/how-to-make-belgian-waffles You'll need flour, baking powder (or yeast), salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter, and milk.
