Not only is Sting a vegetarian, but he follows an ultra-strict macrobiotic diet. He's lucky enough to have a personal chef who makes him such delights as mock tuna wraps and something he refers to as “crunchy” soup.

The macrobiotic diet basically revolves around grains garnished with vegetables and/or beans, everything strictly unprocessed. The diet also consists of thoroughly chewing the food before swallowing to assist digestion.
