Dill is great on Salmon! Try one of these recipes out:

Grilled Lemon Salmon

2 tsp fresh dill
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillet
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 chicken bouillon cube , mixed with
3 Tbs water
3 Tbs oil
3 Tbs soy sauce
4 Tbs finely chopped green onions
1 lemon , thinly sliced
2 slices onions , separated into rings

1 Sprinkle dill, pepper, salt and garlic powder over salmon.
2 Place in shallow glass pan.
3 Mix sugar, chicken bouillon, oil, soy sauce, and green onions.
4 Pour over salmon.
5 Cover and chill for 1 hour, turn once.
6 Drain and discard marinade.
7 Put on grill on med heat, place lemon and onion on top.
8 Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until fish is done.

Salmon BLTs with Lemon-Dill Mayo

1/3 cup light mayonnaise
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp fresh lemon peel, grated
4 pieces salmon fillet with skin
Salt and coarsely ground black pepper
8 slice country-style bread
4 romaine lettuce leaves
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
6 slice(s) fully cooked bacon, each broken in half

1 Lightly grease grill rack.
2 Prepare outdoor grill for covered direct grilling over medium heat.
3 In small bowl, stir mayonnaise, dill, and lemon peel until mixed; set aside.
4 Sprinkle salmon with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
5 Place salmon, skin-side down, on hot grill rack and cook, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon is opaque throughout, without turning over.
6 Slide thin metal spatula between salmon flesh and skin.
7 Lift salmon from skin and transfer to plate; discard skin if you like.
8 Meanwhile, place bread on grill rack with salmon and cook about 1 minute on each side or until lightly toasted.
9 Spread lemon-dill mayonnaise on 1 side of toasted bread slices.
10 Place 1 lettuce leaf, folding to fit, on each of 4 bread slices.
11 Top each with 2 or 3 tomato slices, 1 salmon fillet, 3 pieces of bacon, and another bread slice

I used AllRecipes.com's "search by ingredients" feature to find some of the highest-rated recipes that use fresh dill. Here are some of the best-looking dishes.

Jagic (Assyrian Cheese Spread)

Cucumber Dill Salad

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

Maple Dill Carrots

There are plenty of other recipes that use fresh dill at the Web site. The ingredients search also lets you exclude ingredients, so you can narrow down the search results.
