Strawberry Mousse:1 1/2 cup strawberries, 8 oz cream cheese, cut into sm. cubes, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 4 oz container whipped topping, sliced almonds
1 In blender or processor, combine strawberries, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
2 Cover and blend until smooth, stopping and scraping sides as necessary.
3 Pour into bowl.
4 Fold in topping
5 Spoon Mousse mix into 6 tall dessert dishes.
6 Chill 3-4 hours or overnight.
7 Garnish with sliced almonds before serving.
