Hi, here is two recipes I found for you. I have not made them but they will probably be delicious!

Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

1/2 C. softened margarine

1 egg

1 t. vanilla

1/4 C. non-fat dry milk

1/2 C. sugar Twin

1/4 C. water

1 C. flour

1/2 t. baking soda

2 ounce dietetic choc candy - diced

Cream together margarine and Sugar Twin. Add egg, vanilla, non-fat dry milk and water. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Fold in chocolate candy.

Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F. for 20-25 minutes.

Serving Size : 48

Diabetic Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

* 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup butter or margarine
* 1/2 cup SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for
* Baking
* 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 large eggs
* 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet
* chocolate morsels

Directions

1. 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

I wish I'd seen this in time to answer it. I have a great flourless, sugarless recipe that is ideal for diabetics!

Here is a great recipe, copied from Cooks.com

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Combine and beat 1 minute at medium speed:

1/2 c. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. Sugar Twin (or Splenda) (white)
1/4 c. non-fat dry milk
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Add and blend 2 minutes at low speed:

1 1/3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Fold in 1 (2 ounce) diabetic milk chocolate bar cut into 1/4 inch pieces. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
