Does anybody have a recipe for granola bars that doesn't use a lot of sugar?

Kathy Nichols has a great healthy recipe for granola bars that substitutes sugar for brown rice syrup, honey or maple syrup.

She sounds like a good example of being healthy since she's a Registered Dietitian and Professional Certified Coach.
