Can sweet acidophilus milk be frozen before use?

Freezing the milk will kill the bacteria (Lactobacillus acidophilus) inside the milk, meaning they will stop producing the Vitamin K.

However, the milk will still be drinkable, as milk can be frozen and thawed then drunk so long as it is shaken before use (to ensure no separation can occur)
