Certainly you can, but it would be helpful to know what application you have that calls for Canola oil.
Also, can we clarify that you do mean GRAPEseed oil and not RAPEseed oil, which is actually the same thing as Canola oil.
Grapeseed oil would be very expensive if your application calling for Canola oil requires a large amount. Vegetable oil is usually some blend of corn oil, and so might be better described as "grain oil" as it doesn't actually come from vegetables.
