Ingredients:
• 3-4 Bread slices (soaked in water)
• 1/2 cup Boiled Potatoes(peeled and mashed)
• 1-2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
• 2 -3 Green chilies(finely chopped)
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
How to make Bread Roll:
• To make the bread soft, dip breads one by one in water and take them out immediately.
• Slightly press between the palms to squeeze out the excess water.
• Now make the mixture by mixing potatoes, coriander leaves, salt and green chillies all together in a bowl.
• Now place a huge heap of the potato mixture in the center of the bread and roll over the sides to cover the mixture, forming oblong rolls.Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
• Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls.
• Bread Rolls are ready.
• Serve them hot with tomato sauce.
2. Bread Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Milk
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 2/3 cup Sugar
• 3 Eggs
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 3 cups Bread Crumbs
• 1/2 cup Raisins or berries
How to make Bread Pudding:
• Boil the milk over medium heat.
• Add in butter, continue stirring until butter is melted. Cool to lukewarm.
• Combine sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 1 minute.
• Slowly add milk mixture.
• Place bread crumbs in a lightly greased casserole.
• Sprinkle with raisins or berries if desired.
• Pour batter on top of bread.
• Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Serve warm.
3. Chile Corn Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
• 3 Cups whole kernel frozen corn, uncooked
• 2 Eggs, beaten
• 1 Can green chilies, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp Polyunsaturated oil
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 Pound Mozzarella, diced into cubes
• 1 Cup yellow cornmeal
• 1 Cup low-fat yogurt
• 3 tsp Baking powder
How to make Chile Corn Bread:
• Mix salt, cornmeal and baking powder. Add oil, yogurt and eggs and mix well.
• Add corn, cheese and chiles and mix well. Pour batter into a lightly greased 9-inch square-baking dish.
• Now bake in preheated 350 degree F oven until golden brown.
4. Zucchini Bread Recipe:-
Ingredients:
• 2 Cups shredded raw zucchini
• 3 Eggs
• 1-3/4 Cups sugar
• 1/4 tsp Baking powder
• 2 tsp Baking soda
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 2 Cups flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 Cup chopped nuts
• 1 Cup oil
How to make Zucchini Bread:
• Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
• Put zucchini in a strainer and press with hands to remove extra liquid.
• Beat eggs in a bowl.
• Add sugar and oil.
• Combine flour, soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, vanilla, and nuts with egg mixture.
• Mix them properly.
• Add zucchini to it and beat the mixture.
• Pour into a greased, floured, loaf pan.
• Bake for one hour.
5. Bread Bhel Puri Recipe
Ingredients:
• 8 Bread Slices
• ½ cup Potatoes (boiled & chopped)
• ½ cup Cucumber (chopped)
• ½ cup Onion (chopped)
• ¼ cup Tomato (chopped)
• ¼ cup Peanuts (roasted)
• 4 Green Chili (chopped)
• ¼ cup Fresh Coriander (chopped)
• ½ cup Sev
• ½ cup Gol Gappas
• 6 tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney
• 6 tbsp Mint or Coriander Chutney
• 2 tbsp Lime Juice
• Oil to shallow fry
• Salt to taste
How to make Bread Bhel Puri:
• Take the bread slices and cut them into small pieces.
• Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the bread pieces till they turn crispy brown.
• Take out the bread pieces and drain the excess oil on an absorbent paper.
• Put the fried bread pieces in a bowl. Add potatoes, cucumber, onions, tomato, green chili, peanut, and salt to it. Mix them well.
• Now, lightly crush the gol gappas and add them to the above. Also add tamarind chutney, green chutney and lime juice. Mix them well.
• Sprinkle sev on the top of the mixture. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
• Bread Bhel Puri is ready to serve.
6. Eggnog Fruit Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
• 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
• 1 cup Candied Fruit
• 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
• 1 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1-1/2 cups Sugar
• 3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 3/4 tsp Rum Extract
• 1-1/2 cups Eggnog
• 2 tsp Baking Powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 3 Eggs
How to make Eggnog Fruit Bread:
• Take a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and oil in it. Add sugar, extracts, eggnog and beat again.
• Combine 2-1/2 cups flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg in a bowl. Now gradually add this to the egg mixture in the bowl.
• Toss the fruits with remaining flour; stir into batter. Fold in walnuts.
• Pour this into two greased 8-in. x 2-in. loaf pans.
• Bake for 60-65 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degree F. Then allow it to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
• Eggnog Fruit Bread is ready to serve.
7. Cranberry Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Chopped Cranberries
• 1 cup Orange Juice
• 4 cups Flour
• 2 Eggs
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tbsp Baking powder
• 2 cups Sugar
• 2 Orange Rinds (grated)
• 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
• 1 cup Chopped Nuts
How to make Cranberry Bread:
• Mix together the eggs, orange juice, orange rinds and melted butter.
• Sieve dry ingredients and mix them well with creamed mixture.
• Add cranberries and nuts.
• Turn the mixture into 2 loaf pans. Loaf pans should be greased and wax-paper lined.
• Bake for about 40 minutes at 325 degree F.
• Reduce the temperature to 300 degree F and bake for another 40 minutes.
• Take out the bread from pans and remove wax paper before cooling.
• Cranberry Bread is ready.
8. Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe
• Place a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 475 degree F.
• Mix mayonnaise, garlic clove and butter in a medium bowl.
• Add feta, Jack cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan, and onions.
• Spread 2 tbsp cheese mixture onto each bread piece.
• Top each with 1 tbsp Parmesan, press it.
• Put on the baking sheet.
• Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
• Bake for about 12 minutes till cheese is golden and bubbly.

Ingredients:
• 2 Eggs
• 1/4 Cup corn oil
• 1 Cup buttermilk
• 1-1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 (8 Ounces) Can of cream-style corn
• 1 Large onion, chopped
• 2 Fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
• 1 Cup cornmeal
• 1/2 Cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
How to make Mexican Corn Bread:
• Beat eggs in a bowl. Add corn oil and buttermilk. Whisk.
• Blend in 1 cup of cheese, cream corn, peppers and onion.
• Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, soda and salt in another bowl. Now, add them to the previously prepared mixture.
• Stir until smooth.
• Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a baking dish.
• Pour the prepared batter into the dish.
• Sprinkle it with the remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes, till bread’s top is golden brown.
• Mexican Corn Bread is ready.
