If you;re making them yourself, I'd go with Belgian waffles, using this recipe http://www.mahalo.com/how-to-make-belgian-waffles. If you're eating out, I'd probably go for the Banana fritters as they are tough to make at home.

I generally reserve muffins for when I'm on the go, and need something portable. Good luck with your choice!
