I went back onto Atkins a few weeks ago because I'd piled on a few lb's over the last few years and needed to shift them.
The Atkins community always recommeds using fitday.com to plot progress. With that, your calloric intake is taken into account. I should be eating 1500 calories a day, but have discovered I'm WAY below that (averaging 700-800 a day).

Right now, I'm both. I went back onto Atkins a few weeks ago because I'd piled on a few lb's over the last few years and needed to shift them.
