I dont know how many you should eat a week, but if you consumed 2-3 a week i dont think thats a bad thing. I try to get atleast 2 a week.

Yes definitely. They are mainly consisted of healthy fats monounsaturated fats. (Good Fats). They also contain more potassium than bananas and lots and lots and lots of fiber. They contain more fiber than any other fruit. (Insoluble and soluble fiber) I dont know how many you should eat a week, but if you consumed 2-3 a week i dont think thats a bad thing. I try to get atleast 2 a week.
