Alternative to Chicken in salads? I need a good alternative for grilled chicken to add to my salads that will still provide protein..no tofu
The lunch place that I go to charges an extra $2 for grilled chicken to be added to my salad...which makes my salad cost upwards of ten bucks. What would be a good alternative to add that would still provide me with a good amount of protein? I tried black beans and chick peas, but would also like to broaden my options...and I hate tofu, so that's out of the question...
