Also if you start your mornings with some exercise, your overall metabolism will be higher the rest of the day. You also could break up your meal schedule so that instead of 3 meals a day for example you could eat 6 total, so that your system's metabolism is increased by having to digest and burn calories from food.

i happen to have a similar issue. I learned to control my metabolism by cutting my meals down from 3 large to about 6-7 small meals. Also drinking energy drinks such as powerade or gatorade other than JUST water. Before working eat something small and then take an energy booster which also helps your metabolism. 6-hour energy and stacker are decent brands that should help with metabolism.
