I'm down 29 pounds since the end of January. I keep track of my daily caloric intake. This morning I had a bowl of cereal. For lunch, I plan to eat a extra wide piece of muti-grain bread with peanut butter and an 80 calorie Skinny Cow ice cream bar. During the day, I will drink a sixteen ounce bottle of half grape juice and half water (160 calories) and later tonight a sixteen ounce Diet Tea. For supper, I'll have a piece of chicken and some celery and carrots. If I am feeling hungry before I go to bed, I'll have half a slice of bread.
