Yoga is great way to keep fit. Yoga helps with stress, anger, moods, obesity and much more. Since you will be trying it for the first time i suggest you start with simple asanas and let your body get used to it. Once you are more comfortable you can go on to the intense ones. You can start with pranayam. I am sharing a link wiith you that lists the different yoga asanas and their benefits.

If you're doing it at home, make sure you have a yoga mat to lay on. It helps cushion your butt and your back when doing certain stretches. Also, wear a tank top and tight spandex like pants that are at least knee length won't fall down (to reveal that oh so attractive plumber butt). The spandex also gives you that better range of motion so you don't have to worry about ripping anything or anything falling out.

Have fun!
