I don't have any pics, but I will tell you this from experience. If you have been working out in the gym on free weights, then you have been toning your slow-twitch muscle fibers. P90x focuses on fast-twitch muscle fibers. After the first work out you might want to hurl. However, stick it out and you will see results.

I was in the same boat. Working out daily with weights. I did little cardio. I gained alot of muscle but wanted to get cut up. I ordered P90x and saw result very, very fast. You can even incorporate the weightlifting with p90. Check out my pics on my coach website. under source.
