If you haven't exercised in a while, try starting with something you truly enjoy doing. If you have been exercising and are bored with your current routine, switch it up a bit. If you've been working with weights, change the number of sets and reps or add a few different exercises. If doing cardio, change the duration of the activity or intensity or just completely try a new exercise routine altogether. Sometimes having an workout partner helps to keep one motivated as well.
