From what you said, it sounds like you need to add more cardio and focus on what you're eating as well as just cutting calories. I found a really great article by Men's Health that talks about how to lose your belly. I'll hit the main points here, and for more info you can check out the article:- Cut refined grains and sugar from your diet. This includes junk food like chips and soda, as well as white bread.
- Eat a balanced diet including protein, healthy fats, fiber-rich produce and whole grains.
- Eat a healthy breakfast every day.
- Weight train at least 3 times a week. I know you are focusing on your stomach but lifting weight will build lean muscle mass which will help you burn more calories which means you'll lose more fat. Here's a slideshow of 10 Easy At-Home Workout Moves
http://health.msn.com/weight-loss/slideshow.aspx?cp-documentid=100230172 - Make sure to do cardio, especially intervals (short bursts of intense exertion interspersed with periods of slower activity). You want at least 30 minutes everyday, but the more the better.
- Weigh yourself weekly to keep yourself on track.
