How to gain weight

To gain and lose weight is the same process just instead of consuming more calories, you will want to burn more calories

The main way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you intake. Its important to:

Eat right. Stay away from Trans fats, saturated fats, sugar (in excess). Consume whole grains and vegetables/fruits

It doesnt matter how you lose calories, just as long as you lose them.

Be sure to keep strict to your diet and work-out plan. Its also important to get sleep and rest (this allows your body to recover) Take a few days off a week (2 days).

Rather than a fad diet, look at the diet recommended to diabetics. It gives good counsel on how to use the major food groups and how they each affect you. You don't starve, just eat right.

Well Exercise for starters, not jus to loose weight, but because the human body needs it by nature to be healthy. I myself try to run everyday, but I started walking. Try it early in the morning if you can. First for 20 miutes or till you feel you can, you dont have to drop of exhaustion.

On the matter of food. Well I try to eat my 3 meals at day.

I follow the rule Breakast like a king, Dinner like a prince and Supper like a princess.

Eating sugar on saturdays Is what I do, we need this things we can't just cut emlike that, give yourself a treat sometimes, it makes things easier.

apart from above....again.....clean colon.......and for exercise/pranayam you can do kapalbhati pranayam..
