I think changing the workout is most important. If you do the same workout all the time, the body gets acclimated to it and you wont get any results. Maybe increase duration or intensity of the workout, or just try some other form of exercise. If you've been eating a well balanced diet (which you must be if you've been losing weight), then I wouldn't change that.
