Try walking for thirty minutes about five days a week and increasing the pace and the time that you are walking as you feel you need to in order to increase the challenge. You'll also want to do strength work 2-3 times a week. I like Pilates and using free weights.
For eating, I suggest Eating Clean by Tosca Reno. She's so inspiring. She lost a ton of weight herself and now enters bodybuilding competitions. On her plan you eat constantly and never feel deprived.
If you want a one-stop resource that incorporates healthy eating with exercise, try Harley Pasternak's 5-Factor Diet. I'm doing that right now and the strategy makes sense. It's essentially clean eating (like Tosca Reno's book) with workouts scheduled five days a week.

hi.i need some tips to loose wait.my age is 19.my wait is 80 my height is 5.4.my belly and hips make show me fat.

You don't say if you're 80 pouinds or 80 kg. If you weigh 80 pounds at 5 foot 4 inches, you're considered significantly UNDERweight. If you're 80 kg, then now is a great time to start losing that weight. I suggest how to lose weight jogging, which is a great way to exercise, increase your metabolism, and improve your health.

I think jogging is great exercise. If you weight 80 pounds (and I'm assuming that's a typo otherwise you're dangerously thin) I would consider seeing your doctor for help. However, if the number "80" is a typo or you intended it to mean Kgs then I would suggest starting a simple diet and exercise program.
