No as a matter of fact it doesn't, but I made it include a customized meal.
Here is why.
Over the coarse of the winter I have been researching and avidly using the P90x workout routine which doesn't allow your muscles to reach A "plateau affect" .
I've realized that my body is getting older and as time won't permit... my body will not digest and break down foods the same way it may have say maybe 10 or even 20 years ago.
So I have introduced A nutrient "confusion" diet into my routine which helps digest foods (eg dinner and lunch) allot better.
The diet basically turns back the clock and will trick my body into thinking that it needs to start burning more of the fat I already have.
The diet is very simple, it consists of apple skins, a banana, in oatmeal in the morning as well as a multi vitamin. You can use water but i usually use smart start skim milk.
Skipping lunch completely (mind you you can cheat once in a while), and eating whatever I want during dinner.
I would also recommend goji berries and raisins as a snack with breakfast.

They are packed with antioxidants which fights cancer and keeps your immune system strong.
While every body type is different coating the stomach and intestines in the morning also does wonders for the body.

Simply put.
We as a culture and generation I think, need to realize that also taking control of our diets is probably even more important than running the Boston Marathon .
Kind Regards,
XDS
By the way the P90x routine comes with a excel spreadsheet to track performance and will tell you how many reps is needs for your particular body type (weight, hight, etc)

If you are working with a personal trainer who has designed a fitness program for you, they may not ethically be allowed to prescribe a meal plan for you. It all depends on what their specific certification is, of course. This is because for us personal trainers giving specific nutrition guidelines is out of our scope of practice and we could lose our certification. That falls under a dietician/nutritionists scope and likewise they would not be able to provide you with an exercise prescription unless they have had the proper training and certification.
We (personal trainers) can however, point clients in the direction of sources available to the public that would be able to help you figure out what type of diet will help you meet your needs/goals.
My first suggestion to everyone is always www.mypyramid.gov
It's a reliable source- USDA- and it's highly customizable.

• Interesting. I think some fitness gyms will start combining meals, as a diversity, to increase revenue. Many gymns have power drinks or protein mixes. A good idea may be to increase a fruit and energy drink stand or high energy snack.
Thanks for the answer.

I'm not exactly sure what your exact "fitness program" includes, or where it comes from but I can offer you this: If you are working with a personal trainer who has designed a fitness program for you, they may not ethically be allowed to prescribe a meal plan for you. It all depends on what their specific certification is, of course. This is because for us personal trainers giving specific nutrition guidelines is out of our scope of practice and we could lose our certification.
