Well you can check out www.rentagym.com. They let you rent gym equipment, they deliver it and they will pick it up when you are done with it. The problem is for one day this can be expensive and might not be worth it.

If you are looking just to work out for one day then you could possibly look in to a local gym. Normally they will have a free trial period that lasts about a week. You don't have to sign up and usually they just give you a few day passes. Goodluck and I hope this helps!

I don't know of anyplace I've ever seen that will let you rent exercise equipment, but I have seen plenty of second hand equipment exercise stores. I'm pretty sure their intent is to sell you the equipment, but especially in these economic conditions they may be willing to make a deal. I would be inclined to ask for the manager and see if he would take $50 to let you borrow it. Them being a used equipment store they could still resell it.
worth a try.

Like rent one to bring to your home? Moving it is gonna be a lot of work. Telling us where in the country, or what country might help narrow it down a bit.
