Does anyone else's face get extremely red after exercising?

Ummm...no. When was the last time you got your blood-pressure checked? Unless you are not breathing during exercise or your exercise pants tore as you bent over during pilates, you really shouldn't see a significant change in color to your face after exercise.
Some people do get "red-faced". However, when training certain individuals, I just made sure to mention the blood-pressure. The flush color to your face could indicate a blood pressure problem. Maybe "yes" or maybe "no". You may want to ask your doctor.
